Tort reform was pitched as a means to cut the cost of healthcare, in part, by lowering the cost of malpractice insurance. But the results are disappointing.
There’s no surprises in a recent study which found that Tort Reform Has Not Reduced Health Care Costs in Texas.
Tim Geithner: “We’re not coming before you to say we have a definitive solution to our long-term problem. What we do know is we don’t like yours.”
